Shipping and Returns
Paints Passion ships only in India. We use the best logistics partner to ensure your product reaches safely you in minimum time.
All the products are processed with a lead time of 3-4 working days. Lead Time refers to the number of days within which the order can be dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders are not shipped on weekend or holidays. Delivery Time of the orders may vary depending on the location.
All the products exclude shipping charges. Shipping charges are charged as per actuals. We do not provide COD.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. In order to make changes to your order, kindly drop us a mail at email@example.com. We will try our best to make the required changes.
Returns and Exchanges
Products once sold cannot be returned unless damaged from our end. In case of an exchange product request, kindly drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will consider the case and try our best to exchange the product. Any reverse shipment charges incase of an exchange will be borne by the customer
Cash Refund will not provided in an exchange scenario. Exchange will be provided via Store Credit. Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.
Incase you receive damaged products, kindly drop us a mail at email@example.com along with the images of the damaged product, we will help replace the product or provide Store Credit.
